It is so exciting to say that this year Pirouette Paper is expanding! I really have been needing the extra help, and in February I decided to hire an assistant. I was looking for someone that would not only represent and have a passion for my brand, but that would be a good fit for Grayson and I, given that we would all be working together out of my apartment.
After interviewing applicants, I ended up hiring Heather as my very first employee. She’s amazing and is a really good fit here at Pirouette Paper, plus, she loves Grayson and Olive almost as much as I do! I wanted to introduce all of you and tell you a little bit about her here on the blog:
Heather graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Public Relations. Working in retail all through college, she has a lot of work experience in developing and growing brands. Heather loves the wedding industry and what drew her to my brand was her interest in how my business tied into special events and event planning. She is very passionate about Pirouette Paper and it’s development which made her a great fit for my team! Usually, her daily routine includes assisting me with the Etsy shop, organizing the office and planning for styled shoots. Having a second set of hands has made it so much easier to get work done especially with two puppies running around!
Outside of the studio, Heather enjoys baking and cooking new meals, watching New Girl, traveling to new places when she can, and of course getting puppy cuddles from Grayson and Olive.
I can’t wait to see how my business transforms this year and I look forward to see my team continue to grow!
